Dreaming, planning and believing are all important, but they will be of no consequence without action.

There is a quote by Earl Nightingale that sums up action quite well – “What the mind attends to, it considers. What the mind does not attend to, it dismisses. What the mind attends to continually, it believes. And what the mind believes, it eventually does.”

Let’s not just be hearers only, but doers as well.

My sweet Mother… Nnem

The internet has really been poor all day… and is still really bad. But I cannot go to bed today without celebrating my sweet mother… we all call her Nnem, which in our dialect means my mother.

Nnem, I just want you to know that you are the very best and I love you. Things are so tough now but someday soon I will make you the proudest mother on earth and do those things you truly deserve.

Libeck & Lemon – Episode 14.

Lemon was missing.

The entire household had only noticed when Mistress in her usual every-morning duty had come to bring her feline majesty her breakfast that morning. I’d just returned from my morning prowl around and bowel-emptying duty and was on my belly keeping a watchful eye on the goings-on in the yard.

I’d vaguely wondered about her absence from her kennel, but hadn’t thought much it. For one thing, she was a cat and they are night-prowling animals and for another her whereabouts wasn’t any of my business unless of course she crossed into my boundary.
